Payment Policy

We accept PayPal.

You do not need a PayPal Account to pay for your items through PayPal:

You can choose the PayPal Option during checkout. After you submit your order click the "Pay Now" button. Scroll Down and you will see the option to pay with a Credit or Debit Card WITHOUT having to sign up for a PayPal account.

Shipping Policy

Most items will be shipped within 3 to 5 working days after payment is confirmed. Custom orders will ship within 4-6 weeks from purchase.


Shipping Multiple Product Orders

We will attempt to ship all products in a multiple order at the same time. Products that are not available at the time of shipping will be shipped when they are ready. You will only be charged for products contained in a given shipment, plus any applicable shipping charges. You will only be charged for shipping at the rate quoted on your purchase receipt. The entirety of this shipping charge may be applied to the first product(s) shipped on a multiple shipment order.


Out of Stock Products

We try to keep our website up-to-date but occasionally products will be out of stock. If the item is expected in soon we will ship that item when we get it. If a product is not expected in our store we will issue a refund for the product.

We ship Monday thru Saturday, USPS Priority Mail within the US only. Delivery time of all domestic orders is usually 3 - 5 business days. We do not offer same day shipping, UPS, FED EX or any other type of shipping service. There may be times packages arrive late due to holidays, weekends, weather, etc.

All our items will always ship to the address given during checkout. Please confirm your address before you purchase.

We recycle shipping materials.


Defective Return Policy

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please email us immediately.

The buyer should report any defect/damaged item/s to us within 7 days of receipt.

Unless item is out of stock, all defective items will only be replaced for the same item.


Refund Policy

All returns should be in their original condition.

If you are not happy with a product, you can contact us and we will gladly accept the return of the item/s for a refund within 7 days of receipt of purchase. The buyer pays the return postage. We will offer a full refund of the item price (not including shipping) immediately once the returned package is received.

I'm sorry but at this time Pétales & Pretties cannot offer refunds or accept damaged items after 7 days of purchase.
